We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices of all products appearing on our website are accurate at the time when the information was entered into our system.

We reserve the right to refuse orders if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.

Products that are personalised and made to order are individually embroidered with the details you have supplied. Once the details have been embroidered they cannot be changed. We therefore do not accept the return of personalised goods, even if you have made a mistake with the spelling, unless they are either faulty or because of an error on our part.

Payment is accepted securely via PayPal or debit/credit card. No card details are stored by Just Toys Online.
