We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we believe you will be, but occasionally you may need to return an item.  You can cancel your order and return it to us within 10 days of the purchase date if it is in it's original condition, completely unused and suitable for resale in it's completely undamaged packaging.

 We cannot be held responsible for items being returned in the post and we therefore recommend that you use trackable means of postage, ie recorded delivery.  We will refund the cost of your item but will be unable to refund the cost of postage either way.

Please contact us prior to returning an item for a returns number, as all items need this number and no item will be eligible for a refund without it.

In the case of faulty goods your item will either be refunded or replaced within 10 days of the purchase date after the faulty item has been returned as above.
